In regards to the HeroQuest-RPG group and the concerns from some of the HeroQuest-Rules members: it has been my experience that the HeroQuest-RPG members are interested in the game over the Glorantha setting. There are a few settings for HeroQuest and they post about them, so a Superhero or Horror setting is ad-hoc in discussion I find it near imposable to think that any member of that group would respond with, "How does this fit into the Lunar Invasion Model?"
And, as Gary has said, the other group is not apposed in general to a merger. But, like Henk has said, this line of discussion was more academic than practical.
I think, based on my reading of both groups, the answer your your experiment, Henk, is: Merger is an option, removal and use of Forums is counter-indicated based on several factors, continuation of the status quo is also accepted.
Now, to file this report from R&D with Marketing and Management and get back to the other projects in the lab... Muahahahaha! World Domination! In is only possible after 12 sessions! Muahahahah! (Sorry... too much coffee...)
