Worship <Pantheon> at your Cultural Keyword level, Initiate or Devotee at your Magical Keyword level.

Even having the electronic copy is no good, unles you have the Layout file. The easiest way to do the index is to take the Glossary and find all occurances of the words. This basically will *have* to be a fan effort, Issaries has no resources to devote to it.
