Pay 2 points to gain a single spell without the Read Grimoire ability. This means that later, if you find the Grimoire your spell came from you can't use it (until you pay 5 points to gain the Read Grimoire ability).

This is like being handed an executable file for your computer - you can run it, but you can't modify it or use it to do anything it wasn't designed for.
