Exactly! That's why we have communal worship and communities. So that little us can work together and support the specialists like Earth Priestesses and Wind Lords who in turn use their special talents to support the community they live in.

I, for one, would not want Bubba the newly fledged Bantar initiate to bless my crops. I'd much rather have old Angmar the Ploughman bless my plough. He's done it ever since the Old Man Cyrling died back in Starbrow's Rebellion. No young whippersnapper's going to mess up my crops! M' family'd starve.
