Sorry, a bit of bad wording on my part. My original thought was that with mundane abilities you can achieve superhuman results. I.e. leaping over trees, outrunning horses et al. But you can't attempt inhuman actions, i.e. start fires by snapping your fingers.

But your comments below is better:

Which is of course more fun. It also points out that the border between superhuman and inhuman is fuzzy.

Yes. It's simply a matter of more appropriate ability-use.
