Flying up onto a wall is resisted with a 14. Terrifying Howl is resisted by a 14 or the targets most apprpiate ability if higher.

With a natural resistance of 14 there is no need for 10www ratings.

By allowing people to actually do a named feat it increases the epic feel. Rather than the 'you get a bit better' way the enhancement rules work.

Maybe in your game you need to heroquest to get 10www (nothing wrong with that). There doesn't seem to be any limits/cut off point in the rules between mundane and 'magical' levels. As long as you are getting HP's you can keep increases abilities.
