Isn't the time to flee -before- you've been defeated? After all, you
can't flee after you've been defeated in Runequest, either.
Actually, I can't think of any systems that let you flee after you've
actually lost.
Hero Wars actually gives you a chance for defense after this point,
which is already generous.
