I'm not sure quite you mean. Chasing Kites has short sensible summaries of
how to run some contests, suggested abilities etc. Useful elaboration for
GMs, but no real repitition.
Most scenarios have suggested ways to run contests, special rules and so
on. Runequest was no exception.
