I pretty much agree with you but I can see someone saying "Morden knew many great feats of Orlanth." Or "Jara knew the Feat of the Seven Darknesses."
I find it harder to hear in my mind's ear any characters actually saying "affinities". Though maybe some high-toned Lunar types somewhere actually use the term.
