HW Page 250 - Otherworld Safety "Shamans who travel to a false domain <or desmesne, if you wish> have at least the Dangerous modifier, if not the Alien World modifier."

In the case of Asrelia I can see cases for giving her either Dangerous or Alien - She's a part of the Earth pantheon, so she's more friendly (Dangerous), but she's an underworld type, who are always more scary (Alien World).
