Shoot at her, bidding at least 17 AP, get a chance to reduce her AP, at the same time as her opponent is also reducing her AP. Lend AP to her opponent, who can only try and reduce her AP once per round. The opponent will last for longer, but if you have a resonable chance of actually hitting her you may be better off doing that...
