He'd have to be damned clever describing it (mentioning the Gojira connection might entertain me enough...), and still get a hefty Improv Mod. I would allow it to IGNORE wounds though, with nasty consequences (another Wound, perhaps?). Maybe I'd allow Anger to augment Healing.
