Oups, how did that happen? I have now changed the name of the file.

I think I did not include it as it does not give any positive clue on how to use Snarl Darkness, but I have relented and added it.

I have also added a file I called When in Doubt, which is just a rather prosaic posting from Ian Cooper on what to to when you really have no clue as to what the feat should do. It covers many feats, so I was not sure how to handle it.
