Certainly, it is diffcult, and I would only allow it if you really did have a reason to be angry. Not because you just wanted to heal yourself. "Ooh, I've pricked my finger sewing my new tunic, I'm slightly annoyed and my finger warms up until the blood dries a bit" - not allowed.
