Depends. If they fall under the hunt or bear affinity (as I'd rule for most of them) they are at the affinity level (probably 17). Burst of speed could be Hunt/Bear or a separate feat (Hunt seems sensible).

The Mighty Hunting Bow could be an ability 13 or just confer a permanent edge (^2) or some other bonus (extra range) at the narrator's discretion.
