Slightly Different Animist Question

Hey,

  I have a new question. In an animist society, how do the non-shamans show their spirituality and devotion to the spirits? A thiest has "worship XXX pantheon", a wizard has "worship XXX church".  

A shaman has a tradition knowledge skill and I assume that skill is his equivilent to worship. What does a non-shaman have?
