Don't forget the circle of elements: a character using sky/fire magic
against darkness creatures would get a +.25 bonus --- to their AP or
Target Number, I am not sure, but they get the bonus, so no need to
lower the innate world resistance of 14
In magic rich areas, or under weird circumstances you might want to
lower it, but the rules contain enough modifiers to the basic roll to
obviate the need for fudging the resistance
