There is an excellent selection of RQ-statted animated yuck in ToRM 19, the Upland marsh special. My favourite is the zombie centipede... take a dozen or so humanoid zombies, and sew them together chest to back. Kill the front one, and the next one in line rips it off and takes over as point man... OK, so basically it's just a Zombie with lots of Followers to add AP and negate multiple attacker penalties (lots of clubs & shields to defend with), but it sounds great :)
