Amber and Ars Magica are good settings, but would IMO lose some of the system specific fun. In Amber the certainty of knowing you are the best of your generation (or not) tends to lead to interesting player interaction (this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but seems to part of what defines Amber). In Ars Magica the detailed laboratory rules are part of the fun.
Nephilim would be fantastic, as would James Bond, Star Wars, Young Kingdom and Arthurian Britain (for those who don't want the generation spanning style of Pendragon). The other games I don't know so well.
