Hey! Maybe you could also do this when you gain wealth in a scenario and then raise your relationship at a half price instead of cementing that wealth. It would be a good way to simulate your relatioships without true interaction between PC and NPCs (HW seems to be fond of it. I don't like it, but your really need those relatioship skills in heroquests.). Obviously you would need more wealth for raising clan relatioship than family or other smaller group.
