I don't think so, since in this case *all* the AP are "coming from the spirit" so to speak

Take the alternative where you have a skill "Bulging Biceps" 17 your self. In this case you would Augment with the spirit (lets assume +2) and start with 36 AP (ability + augment + follower) I think you already get enough benefit from being able to use the feat directly without gaining the AP twice...

(The Spirits AP are just pooled like a followers rather than leant through the AP Lending mechanism aren't they - If they were leant then it would be possible to lend them twice if you got a good enough success...)
