That's being discussed on nearly every list I'm on. The only actual experience of problems so far came from a list administrator, who says she's getting a lot more spam since converting her ID.
You can handle many list functions by email without logging on to the site. So far, I've had no need to go through any conversion or accept any cookies, so Yahoo doesn't know anything new about me. This may be an advantage of getting lists in Digest mode.
