    Yes, of course. This is why I think that a flaw can, *sometimes*, be used as an useful ability. After all it gives me the chance to raise its rating thus increasing the inconvenience. Just as a good ability can sometimes be impairing a flaw can sometimes be useful. Still, it is a flaw and it is bad. So the player uses it as an useful ability at the risk of being harassed more next time.

    Actually this makes sense (if it does at all) only for some abilities. Some flaws cannot really change (after all why should Small change just because it came into play during the session?) while others are best represented IMO without a rating.
