Check Thunder Rebels for a new set of Cultural Keywords -- there is one for men and another for women.

Should a woman want such a skill at the 13 provided by the keyword (ince the Heortling women does not get a combat skill) simply say 'trained with the fyrd' or 'learned spear and shield' in the writeup or use oneof one's 10 slots for it.
