The case in question would either be a Heortling villager whose "tula" has been under Lunar domination for generations, or the son of a Sartar noble who has grown up as a Lunar "hostage" (similar to the arrangement the Romans had with various barbaric tribes).
...Or is this the dumbest idea since the formation of the Humakti Undead Legion?
