If you lose more than 15 AP in a single exchange (or was it if you
lose 15+?), you take a Hurt (a -1 Penalty). As far as I can see, you
STILL lose the AP in addition. This puts a bit of the nastiness back
into HW combat which otherwise usually ends up with the victor utterly
unscathed!
it's in the Glossary, but not, I think, in the rules...
