A hero creation tweak I have in mind...

Any supporting characters which are included in a hero's narrative merit a separate 25-word write-up outlining their abilities, just like the write-up for hero worship. Any noteworthy (i.e., non-mundane) items which are included in a hero's narrative likewise merit a 25-word write-up, and should be named. For the write-ups of Patrons, Allies and Foes, the number of words could be increased if the Narrator wishes the player to more fully flesh them out.

Other players may be called upon to portray a hero's supporting characters on occasion, when their own heroes are incapacitated or otherwise separated from the group, and those 25 words will act as the guidelines for roleplay. This operates in the fashion of PENDRAGON's "squire pool" giving supporting characters a bit more color and keeps a wandering player's attention when other players' heroes are in the spotlight. Goes toward troupe-style play, which IMO is extremely engaging when handled appropriately.

Thoughts? Opinions?
