It depends what the defender is trying to do. Parry with their sword: Close Combat (Sword). Dodge the blow: Dodge or Agile, perhaps Small, even Leap Over Water in some circumstances, etc.
Ignore the blow, 'cause I'm THAT hard: Tough, Ignore Pain.
