Truestone Again...

We've vaguely mentioned Truestone here a couple of times before (almost a year ago!) - (threads starting 2288 and 4531), but I'm not sure we've really come to a decision as to how Truestone works in Hero Wars. It's referenced a couple of times in Storm Tribe, but without any "rules" support...
