Nothing, IMO. In fact I consider it mandatory under certain
circumstances, such as:
- a mounted fighter fleeing combat. Surely they would use the horses
much larger speed rating for escape than their own CC.
- If trying to run THROUGH hostiles, like breaking out of a crowd, or
running the gauntlet. Your primary action is movement, you are
supporting it with combat.
- In a chariot- or other race, again the primary task is movement,
but potentially augmented by CC via lashing whip, wheel spikes, etc
