The Unspoken Word

It arrived this morning (following closely on the heels of that already much-praised Lunar map).

A glossy cover, worthy of Tales encloses 68 pages of densely packed detail on every aspect of Tarsh. Not that the interiors are plain. Pictures and maps adorn every page. Three column text, well differentiated with occasional box-outs and lots of headings make this easy to read.

We have keywords and cults, history and geography, everybody who is anybody. Suggestions are given on which bits of HW-RIG or TR might be applicable but then we get the specific Tarsh stuff. This is not Sartar in a different cloak. Tarsh is different.

I'm aware that much of the material is not *official* and may at some future point be contradicted but I'm running a game next door in Holay and this stuff is just sooo good. Issaries? Who they?

Overall a superb first edition. I can't wait for number 2. Congrats to all involved. Buy it.

I'm waiting with sadness for the last issue of Tales. The King is dead. Long Live the King.

Dave

Apologies for the cross-post but you've got to see this.
