Change reality would frequently come up against the resistance of the
Great/Transcendant Gods that maintain that portion of reality and
their ratings are of the order of 8w13 or something.
Stop Time comes up against the greatest god of all - Time, son of
Arachne Solara and Wakboth - how about a 20w20 resistance. And
remember that the Great Gods have the power to bump opposition
success levels down.... Fumble versus Critical every time ;-)
