Deadeye

Any ideas how to do the deadeye power from the Eurmal writeup in Storm Tribe?

Some limiting factors I've come up with:

1. It's very hard to get (you might die as per the writeup)
2. Wearing an eyepatch doesn't count as closing an eye
3. Neither does cutting it out
4. The more recently someone has tried to get the power and failed, the more powerful the area is, so the harder it is to survive
