Well, assuming that you do survive getting the power (if I had a player wanting to acquire this power, I would cook up a mean and nasty heroquest for them - maybe they have to find and eat the bit of Eurmal that gives the Deadeye site its power), you have "Deadeye" as a standalone feat? If it starts as a low rating, it could represent the fact that the Dead Eye grows in power as it is used. The trickster starts of killing mice and rabbits and moves on up to people without magic and, finally, killing Wind Lords and the like.
As a narrator, I would make it a significant danger that the power will fire off at unexpected moments. Particularly when the trickster is angry, frightened or surprised. Perhaps "Deadeye" might also be listed as a Flaw, with the same rating as the Deadeye feat. When the Narrator feels it to be appropriate, roll the Flaw and the trickster opens his eye. Could be done as a contest against the trickster's Strong Will or somesuch (don't make me laugh) or against some ability of the other heroes as they desperately try to hold the trickster's eye shut.
Regards,
Bruce
