But perhaps not.
What if it's part of the 100 word character description? What if the player chooses it as their bast (5W) ability?

As I mentioned earlier, although this thread started talking about broad abilities, I think 'narrow' abilities are equally problematic.

when he could choose 'Hate Enemies 5W'? The former is useless if your enemies change. What is more, the latter is more likely to be 'related to a session', so as the rules stand, on average it will be cheaper to increase!
