Um, no. They all worship Shagarth but they are a part of the pantheon. Yelm's Imperium is acknowlwged but they go about their deadly business as usual...
It would be not much more differnt from a town full of Urox. Orlanth is still the Great God, but they just won't give him a lot of respect. A more extreme case would be a Gagarth outlaw community... Orlanth is The Man. And they hate The Man... =)
