I have to agree with this. Intergration is a loss of identity. You subsume it into your own self and *intergrate* it. This is probably something you'd have to force.

Yeah. Or chaos spirits... they'd be HAPPY to intergrate into you. Disease possibly too, though I think they'd try to absorb YOU.
