I got it off the Issaries website:
Its a regional book, and not a players guide. This isn't a bad thing, really. There is a lot more info on the web about Carmania than Rinliddi. From that point of view, I welcome the Rinliddi book. It just seems odd to me that Carmania doesn't rank a proposed book, when there are seems to be more general interest in it than Rinliddi.
It won't slow me down, though... If Issaries published a book on the Red Emperor's favorite aquarium I would probably buy it! <laugh>
