If Issaries helps souls to be reborn (dead people make lousy consumers) this could be the source of any possible contention between him and Humakt.

Humakt : "Wait a minute I thought you were just showing them to the afterlife? What do you mean you help them get back to the world of the living again! That wasn't in the job description!"

Issaries : "You try and sell stuff to dead people. Talk about coals to Newcastle/Ice to Inuit/Chaos to Doraster (or some better Gloranthan equivalent-waste to animal nomads?)
