3d Pavis?

I don't know much about the program, but the screen shot for City Overseer 3D <http://www.overseer3d.com/> makes me wonder if anyone's making a model for Pavis.

Essentially, this looks like a Russian computer game company re-purposed one of their design tools for the RPG market. I'd be happier if the web site showed screen shots of the editor (and I'd be ecstatic if it ran on a Mac...).
