Yipsa. And we were extrapolating a lot of information at the time. The aftermath of the Righteous Wind was disastrous for the Orlanthi clans of the Far Place, and the numbers reflect this - both actual fatalities and people moving out of the village into the deep gors for protection.

We now know that the Tres are a recently formed tribe, and that the Amad and Bachad are now slave tribes. In the light of this information, I would happily halve the quoted figures.

I prepared some new population figures in the TR draft, but it was decided not to use them. I'll see if it's ok to make some available, or to do up a page where we can update the Questlines figures,
