Certainly. I imagine that all of the specialists get increased worship during the suppression of Orlanth - but I suspect that the further the tula is from the nearest Lunar garrison/patrol routes, the less that this holds true.

But to link to a previous discussion, it looks like it is just as well for the Sartarites that it's the Dara Happans and Tarshites that are "in charge". If it were the Carmanians with their religious investigatory abilities then there could be real trouble. In particular, the Dara Happan assumption that the cities are the only place where serious worship can take place lets many Orlanthi continue their rituals pretty much as normal, just changing the name when the patrols do come by.
