Nah, Humakt is big on Truth, not Law. There is no strong relationship between the two. Knowing the truth is sometimes helpful in _applying_ the law, but irrelevant to the _making_ of laws. Or in other words, even if a certain Humakti is completely truthful in every respect, that doesn't automatically make him law-abiding. Not every oath is a lawful one.
