I don't know the source of your idea and where you heard about it, hsunchens are always scattered and such case is very unusual to muster in one place and fight as one war machine. Certainly if such event might happen, there must be enormous magic exists for it IMHO, like Jaldon Toothmaker or Whitebull for Praxians. (Maybe returning of 100 Fishes of Helby or Summoning of All Beast Ancestor...Hykim?)

There is much difference between HW and RQ for rule application, in Tales of the Reaching Moon #13 and Nikk Effingham wrote some articles how to solve it in balance of RQ rule (See Nikk's Site). But in HW, there is not enough information about Stygian Heresy and illumination at least for now.
