Not quite. As was said before:
This list it is more for people who are trying to play the Hero Wars / Hero Quest game, set in Glorantha. Unfortunately, many of the discussions which are sent to the Gloranthan Digest are because they are too esoteric for the purposes of this list.
Unfortunately, many threads swiftly develop to a point where they have little relevance to actual game-play.
