Not sure about that. Orlanth's killing of Yelm, while good and necessary, also began the destruction of the world--which is why Orlanth went to Hell, reconciled with Yelm, and brought him back to the sky. So arguably the killing-of-Yelm was kinstrife, with the curse of kinstrife, even though it was good and necessary. (That's very mythic right there--cf. Odin's treacherous chaining of Fenris.)
