That was my thought--sort of a field-trip, leave-of-absence kind of thing. But as Gian notes, sorcery isn't very practical if you're gallivanting all over the lozenge--it really makes more sense if you've got a nice, solid School with nicely-engraved circles.

(But what if Glamour U. had heard rumors of Mostali sorcery in the ruins of Pavis? Perhaps a nicely-inlaid iron circle that takes you to the Node of Big Dwarven Juju? That'd be worth a trip right there!)

OTOH, I'm feeling abyssmally ill-informed about lunariana. I'll buy some more of the sourcebooks, as soon as my GTA app. gets processed, so I can get my 10% discount (hint, hint)...
