Of course, when one has Kill Everything 18w6, the improvisational penalty is somewhat trivial and a matter of form.

I suppose "Kill That Wimp Elric And His Little Dog Stormbringer Too" would not be too much of an improv penalty. Harrek's a devotee, of course. Got to improv those Kill Everything feats.
