There's a bit on Doburdon in Barbarian Adventures. He's the Loyal Storm who stayed behind when his beloved Ernalda was stolen by the Rebel Orlanth!

The evil Empire forced Elmal's horse to stumble - according to Thunder Rebels / Storm tribe.

I think that it is possible to do a "reverse Monrogh" with Doburdon in the way that the Yelmalions have rawn the Elmali away from the Storm Tribe. And the Dobordoni become good members of the Storm Tribe. But perhaps I read too much into the aspects and subcults of Orlanth in Thunder Rebels.
