All the better to cleanse the earth, Waha's mother, a nice big drain (which would really dilute the Chaos). Not that I really think Waha thought about that, he just wanted to clean up the Devil's body and get rid of the chaos taint on his mother. I suspect Waha's not a big long-term consequences kind of guy.
